Chillicothe city council discusses mental wellness plan


CHILLICOTHE, Mo. - At the recent Chillicothe city council meeting, a proposed mental wellness plan for city employees was discussed.

City Administrator Darin Chappel told KXCV/KRNW that the plan has mental wellness sessions.

Chappel also says a property insurance carrier,  named MIRMA, presented a grant award to recognize the police department at the meeting. MIRMA offered a few thousand dollars for police equipment.
